Where is my BTCY stored?
Your BTCY is held in your account wallet within the Bitcoin Yay and Indexx.ai ecosystem. From the wallet section you can view balances, transaction history and transfers. Because it is tied to your account, the same balance is visible on the mobile app and on the website.
Verified vs unverified balance
This is the distinction that confuses people most.
- Verified balance is fully confirmed and usable.
- Unverified (pending) balance is still being validated. A common example is earnings that depend on verified ad engagement. It becomes available once it is confirmed.
If your total looks larger than what you can spend, part of it is probably pending. That is normal.
Reading your transaction history
